Been ripped of by this company bought 2 lots from them first package came pickelhaube chinstrap very poor quality, then ordered 3 sets of cockades at $50.00 didn,t get to me the post office returned to them its been 2 months since i paid 10 emails asking for my money back no reply

Dave, sorry to hear this....Although I have used them in the past , I found their service good, their products not so good (flimsy chin straps !) ...I would tend to think the items concerned have been lost here, in my estimation the Royal Mail has gone down hill in the last year...however that does not excuse Landser not replying to your e-mails...send them one everyday I am sure they will get tired !
Did you pay via Paypal ? if so make a claim...
