Joel,
Thank you for the very kind words.
When I started collecting crosses, I relied on a handful of very knowledgeable
collectors to help me with my questions. I hope that in a small way, I am
paying that help forward.

Thanks Joel! I appreciate it! Yeah she is a keeper for sure, she actually found 2 of my WW1 EK2's at an Antique Show here and also a WW2 SA Sports Badge plus a really nice WW2 M42 complete but issued with no decal plus numerous old military photos, I guess they are called yard long photos.
I guess you could say I started collecting about 6 yrs ago but at the time I didn't realize I was. I bought a really nice DD WW2 German Civic Police helmet and put it on a shelf and kind of forgot about it until about a year ago a guy offered me the Luft Dagger I have in trade for an old Antique Police badge I had, I did the deal and it snowballed from there lol. I have always been interested in anything Military especially WW2 since I was a kid so at 51 I decided to get into collecting it, I love it, its is a very fun hobby.
I think the 2nd thing I bought after getting into it last year was a complete 1918 WW1 German Helmet with a mail home label inside. Will post it up sometime, I think I have about 11 helmets now mostly WW2 German and other things as well. Thanks for the kind words!
Wow! What a beauty, that is an impressive piece Greg! Thanks for showing me the thread. Just wow!

Here is my display for the moment.
Using adapted Franklin Mint (or what ever else they might be...) display cabinets.
I am afraid I have showed them before...sorry for those who have seen them before.
This set up might change over time...
Only two draws holds German medals, every other draw is a different theme.
Very cool stuka f! Nicely done!
Thanks guy's.
Stuka,
I love your display. Well done!
Joel
Thanks Joel!
cheers
Kris
