    Thank you for sharing this great project! And for saving one beautiful cross, too. I am sure that Mr. Dillenius himself wouldn't mind employing you in Pforzheim. :-) If I hadn't seen the original pictures, I wouldn't have even had a clue the cross and catch were repaired. Absolutely neat work. Well done, unimarc!

    Brilliant craftmanship Marc, well done mate.
    Personally, I wouldn't have a clue where to start on a restoration job like that, you have more than done justice to the original work.
