Default EK 2 and Verwundetenabzeichen (3rd class)

Since German WWI militaria is way beyond my natural militaria habitat, I wanted to make sure these two are "good".

Background story: They are both bought more than a decade ago, in Southern Jutland from one old lady and her husband at a flee market, and they were solely bought because of the tragic history with Southern Jutland, and all the Danes that were forced to serve the the Kaiser because we lost the war of 1864.

I know what they both are meant to be, but I just wanted to be 100% certain that they are what they look like.

The core is magnetic, and the ribbon does not respond to UV light.
The verwundetenabzeichen is missing the clasp on the back and there are traces after a repair?

Anything about these awards are more than welcome.

The iron cross is a period original. No problems with
it at all. I am not real good with WBs but I believe
it to be an original as well.

I agree with Greg, a good, original EK2 on an Austrian style ribbon. It's a nice piece.

    Unreadable makers mark unfortunately.....

Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
