I believe this one is a fake. It matches the one that I own which turned out
to be a fake as well. One of the easiest to spot clues is that the "W" is crowded
to the lower left inside corner. Another clue is the pattern of the dots in the background.
I've been hunting for a real one of these for 20 years. I have never held a real one in my hands
and with all of the different forums that I have belonged to, only seen 1 original posted.
I took the liberty of photoshoping your picture to show the bad areas.
These are one of the rarest of all of the EK family with only around 900 being awarded.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
I also had never the orignal. Can only compare with illustrations in Frank Wernitz book. Five different versions are described, but none of them has any manufacturers mark.
