I am not 100% on this one. I can't say I have really seen a match to it
but my gut feeling is that it's a good one.

I have been told that there are fakes of this style screw disc. That is part
of why I say I can't be sure. Perhaps someone with more experience with
    these will join the conversation.

And...he's mine EK in real looks really good and I'm sure, that it's an original cross. Assay of silver - 800 in deep rectangle.

    These crosses are rare?

Hmm, really interesting. The seller has a 35 years experience with EK from I WW and he know what he sold. I trust him, because is really good expert in this matter. He reacted with laughter, when he heard, that is a "Frankenstein copy". This cross wasn't cleaning and mayby therefore is a Frankenstein...

I have one very similar. I have had it in my collection for 7 years.
Just last year, mine was brought into question. It is a suspected
    Frankenstein cross as well.

    definition----
A "Frankenstein" is a cross put together using a mix of good and bad parts.
Typically a 2nd class cross that has been changed into a 1st class cross.

    Here is mine---
I can not see anything wrong with it, but others with more experience than I
have questioned it. No one can say for sure.

He looks really great for me! In my opinion it's easy to say, that something is a "Frankenstein copy", becaus it not appear in any catalog. I belive, that mine and Your EK are good. As You said - they aren't sure. Always we can give these crosses for man, who make evaluations, but I don't see a reason for that
