I couldn't help myself when I saw this for sale.
Since I really like miniatures of any kind, when I saw this one, I knew I had to try to get it.
It is of three piece construction, has a quality pin and catch and from the patina on the frame, I would guess silver frames. Unfortunately, the frame is starting to separate from the stress due to the pressure from the pin and hinge.
    Can anyone tell the maker?
    Ralph.

Hi Ralph. That is an amazingly detailed little cross !

I suppose these could have been made with ring
suspension as well because there is no need
for such a detailed reverse on a
    pin-back piece.........
    Regards,

    Steve.

Very nice mini. It is very hard to any that are made
with silver frames and a iron core. They are rare little
    buggers.

Both of mine have suspension rings.

Nice three piece mini, I have similar one. It´s 19 mm size. I know that Godet made 3 piece EK minis, but I am not sure, whether this particular one, or not.

    Miro,
In your picture, the ribbon and loop seem to look much
newer than the cross itself. How do they look--in hand?
