Hello camrades - could anyone help me to translate this short doc?
Many thanks
Additionally - has anyone seen that kind of badge before?
"Holders' Certificate
As per order of the Corps Headquarters VI. Army Corps
of 7/6/20, journal no. II a 113 6.20
the Musketier Kurt Juskowiak
has been awarded the
Iron Cross 2nd Class
(on the black-and-white ribbon)
Breslau, 12 June 1920"
The traditional term Musketier was still used in WW1 as a rank designation for the lowest-rank basic privates in the line infantry.
"Black-and-white ribbon" means it was the combatants' decoration; the reversed-color ribbon for the much rarer non-combatant EK2 was referred to as "weißes Band" [white ribbon].
Depends on what you mean; do you mean physically handled or heard of it?
Anyway, the Deutsches Frontkämpfer-Abzeichen des Weltkrieges 1914-1918 [= "German Front Fighters' Badge of the World War 1914-1918"] was one of the Weimar era's numerous unofficial decorations for WW1 veterans
By the way, this document was on the forum before (See: https://www.warrelics.eu/forum/photo...n-help-120195/ ); did you buy it?

Thank you for this explanation
I am considering to buy this package of one-man docs together with his Godet & Son EK2 (1914)
My 2nd question about the frontkämpfer-badge was because I´ve never seen this badge (even in internet) and I hoped that may be someone has some picture to show... Or even the badge to sell...
So - this EK2(1914) and 6 docs for musketier Kurt Juskowiak are now part of my collection
I just added original ribbon to EK
