I think that you cross is a "KO". I compared it to the cross pictured below (which is
marked KO) The tail of the 9 in the date as well as the upper arms of the 4 seam to
be right on. Other makers used a similar core so the next step was to compare frames.
The frames, especially the beading at the inner corners looks to be a match. So I
am somewhat certain it is a KO.
Here is the picture---you can judge for yourself.
