My second new arrival today is this lovely Trapazoidal style Mounted bar.

The Eisernes Kreuz 2 klasse is maker marked 'WILM' and is in really nice condition.

I have spent some time researching the Friedrich August Medaille in Bronze and again I hope it's correct.

The Friedrich August Medaille in Bronze was established on 23rd April 1905 by King Friedrich August III of saxony. Awarded to NCO's down (sergeant's down all ranks to private and civilians for recognition of merit in military service). The award is made of Bronze or Bronzed Iron.
In peace time the ribbon was Yellow with black stripes and a narrower black median stripe. The WAR medal (awarded 1914 to 1918) was worn on a Yellow Ribbon with light blue stripes. Women wore the award on a women's bow.

The Ehrenkreuz für Frontkämpfer is in beautiful condition and is maker marked 7 R.V. Pforzheim for Reichsverband Arbeitsgemeinschaft Heinrich Vogt, Pforzheim).

This was another one I fell for when I saw it, hope you like.

Thank you very much Greg, EK bars are almost as additive as single Imperial EKs. I also like researching the other Imperial awards on them. There are so many out there.

I like medal bars but I do not own any. I know how I am. I would
going after bars with with enameled orders and other oddities that I
just could not afford so I decided to stick with Ek1s and the occasional Ek2.

I know what you mean Greg, I'm going to have to be careful with these.
