    hello my friend several years ago found this trench knife in a wall in the city of Bytom in todays Poland.on the blade is interesting etching''Kriegsweichnachten 1915 e.m.g.k no 1 Brussel'' is it real to identificate to wich regiment belong the ersatz machinengewehr kommpanie no1?maybe someone have a knowledge about the units stationed in Brussels in 1915?i know the chance is a little because for sure the regiments in this time were very numerous,but i must to try.
