Franksie, what you have is a state government '25 years of loyal service' medal, see post 'Where do I post' by Beadlebom,also in the Imperial German & Austro Hungary section,there you will find a similiar medal for the same
award criteria, (wartime service counted as double time) but a Prussian one, IMO i believe this to be issued by the state of Saxony, due to variation on design and the green/white ribbon. It is genuine.
