Really good prices for the nice items.
According to the characters at the canteen, I guess that should be Chinese Character which looks like the family name of "Wang (in Chinese Wang is 王)"
I am not sure.
Maybe, I can find out through more detailed photos.

Edit: it also has a factory or personal tag sewn in in the other side that I totally forgot about I'll post that as well.

Yes, the personal tag can explain a lot.
Sometimes, we can identify the personal & unit information from that tag.
I'll post it in the japanese militaria category as to appease the forum gods
