    Mate,

No it is a rip off, I passed two up last week for €3 each as they are so common!

Shop around you will find a better deal.

    Happy hunting.

The DAF Service stickpin is worth about $35 US and Jock commented on the cross. I'm sure Jock can find them alot cheaper than we can in the states, but $95 is still way off the mark for both.

Hunt for the IronCross, the above members are right, however for us in the U.K. and the States average price is approx £9 / $15 for a Hindenburg Cross, however the one you show does look to be court mounted, which would bump up the price to around £20 / $35, the DAF pin I see here in the U.K. for around £25 / $35.

Hi Oradour, what does court mounted mean? The way it's attached to the ribbon? Got my curiousity up on that one.

sitges1990, no problem, it where the medal or medals are mounted on a pin backed bar which has had the medal/s ribbon attached to it, and the medal/s are then either hung from a small hook protruding from between the ribbon or hung on the back with the hook out of site. Medals were worn this way on parade or official buisiness, i.e. at the Royal court, hence ''court mounted''. Some examples below.....

Way too much for both stick pin and medal......!

$50 or $60 but no more. Lots of Hindenburg Crosses out there.

The circulated coins should be about .25 to $1.00 each in a jumble bin at a coin shop.
    Regards,

    Steve.
