Hello,
Has anyone heard of the maker HB on the 1914 2nd class?
Tony
Yes - but HB is one of the 'unknown' makers
on the list.........
Regards,
Steve.
Thanks for the reply.
I've never come across the maker before and have seen two this month.

A new addition to my Imperial EK collection.
Picked from e-bay last week. I have been waiting for one of these for some time now.

Good morning and merry Christmas.
I want to show you two Hansen core EK2s. There are some differences between them which lead me to think one is made by Hansen and second one by Koch & Bergfeld (Hansen subsidiary).
The main differences are - different jumpring attachment (with and without "hump"/platform), different ribbon ring size and thickness, different core finnish and finally different markings
