Wilhelm Deumer made cross from the 1930's-40s.
Actually Greg...it was well into the 1960's.....57er's, here is an example of such a piece, notice the use of wartime dies/stampings and hardware...
    Prost ! Steve.

    Thanks Steve,
I know a few manufactures kept right on producing crosses.
The hardware used on the backsides sometimes helps us to
    give a approximate time frame.

I don't recall any Deumer crosses with pins like the one Maxrsx
posted being made post ww2---BUT i may be wrong about that.

I really don't have a handle on at all on '57 style crosses and defer
to others more experienced than me on most TR crosses.
To me the differences in TR crosses are so slight that they almost
all look alike to me. That's why I like the early ones .

Iron cross mark KO. In my opinion the original. why the curve center (1914)? Centre moves. Exactly not align.

    Hi Marc,
That'a a nice original KO cross. One of four or five
different style cores used by KO. Loose or misaligned
cores are not unusual. Nothing to worry about.
