    Hi guys!

I recently got this medal for my birthday. I'm in love with parade mounts, and always wanted a nice WW1 EK 2nd class. So thanks God, this is it.
It's absolutely stunning, very little damage on it, but overall very nice condition.

It has an "M" marking on the ring, which is my first question, who's the maker? I couldn't find it on the internet.

The other one would be that what do you think about this medal?
It still needs a little bit of sewing, and it could be a very nice part of my collection!

    Thanks guys,
    Kónya

"M" is one of the 'unknown' makers. The cross
has taken a hit, but still nice to see a
    parade mount.........!
    Regards,

    Steve.

    Nice looking parade mount cross.
There is some pretty convincing evidence that the "M" and "IVI"
crosses were made by B.H. Mayer.

Congratulations on your first EKII, friend...I was about 12-13 when I scored my first one, and I still remember how ecstatic I was ...!!
These can get addicting, thanks for showing your score and good luck in your future collecting...

    Yes a nice cross indeed.

The following maker mark links are probably elsewhere here but I couldn't find them after doing a quick search so, I thought I'd post them for you as you'll no doubt buy a few more crosses.

Very nice, congrats. My collection is small, but the EK's are still my favourite decoration.
