    Seems this thread got out of my memory somehow... but anyway, with the new picture it's clearly visible that the rim of the visor is made of brass and the helmetplate of the cupro-aluminum aloy. This is 100% correct of course, also the sheet metal top is correct... In the first picture it appeared to be grey metal fittings except the helmet plate...
    This shows again how important it is to provide good and clear pictures to get the correct replies...

    Thanks guys for revisiting my first thread here I've been busy/out a while and I appreciate the replies about the tschapka. I agree, my photography skills need some work. I have been focusing mostly on US items lately but when these Imperial ones come up I cannot resist. Have a wonderful holiday season everyone!
