Iron cross 1788-1913

My core interest is daggers, lots of them......... but awards i do fancy, i came across one i have never seen before.
Is there anyone who can shine a light on this type of cross?

erinnerungabzeichen zur 125jahresfeier des füsselier-regiment nr.90 kaiser wilhelm

Memorial cross for the 125 years anniversary of the 90ths Fusiliers Regiment of Kaiser Wilhelm.
Any info is welcome, is this a rare one? does it have any collection value?
