I'm not really very good reading bars but I would say that this was probably
    a Bavaraian junior officer.

    Here is my best GUESS--
    1-Ek2
    2-MVO4
    3-Order of St. George
    4-Prince Ruppert medal
    5-Luitpold jubilee medal
    6-Prussian Honor cross
    7- Bavarian long service medal
    8-Bavarian Freestate regimental jubilee medal
9-Prussian RAO4 or Prussian General honor medal

Hi Chopperman , thank you for your reply.
    What is a MV04, MKM4 and RA04?

I think he was Bavarian, he actually made Obergruppenfurher before 1942. So he was an important person.

#4 is probably the Prince Ruppert medal.
The bar would have belonged to an elder NCO.
