My 2 "New" spiky things!!!
After working out a vary fair trade with another member here, I received my 2 "new" WW1 spiked German Helmets. Very nice
So I am posting photos of them on the mantel between a Green Felt one I have ( that's needs some original parts) and a bright Camo WW1 German helmet I have ( I think I have 5 of those now)

A nice pair of Pickelhauben ! yes the M15's were still made as late as 1917, worn by some, not all troops in the rear, second and third line as well in home/station garrisons until the end of the war.........by the way the cockades are on the wrong sides !
