    Hello all,
After picking this up off ebay from someone who got it from an estate sale, I thought I would show you the album.
It hasent arrived yet but I cant wait to look at it in hand.
I know nothing of its history but I can tell you that there is 153 photos/postcards in it
If you want any individual photos of the pictures I will remember and take them when it arrives.
Can you please give me a translation on these?

    Part one:

Looks interesting Pat!! With all the pictorial references I wonder if he was an Uhlan? Saying that, there appears to be several brothers in the photo's, a great oppurtunity for further investigation!! Keep us posted.

    Regards, Ned.
'I do not think we can hope for any better thing now.
We shall stick it out to the end, but we are getting weaker of course, and the end cannot be far.
It seems a pity, but I do not think I can write more. R. SCOTT.
Last Entry - For God's sake look after our people.'

In memory of Capt. Robert Falcon Scott, Edward Wilson, Henry Bowers, Lawrence Oates and Edgar Evans. South Pole Expedition, 30th March 1912.
