As stated in my previous post, here are some more photos of the inside marking/stamps that I have found.



Steve, Am I wishful thinking or is that Unit stamp above the dates??

Hi Anton

The stamps above the dates look like acceptance stamps to me. Can you make out the letters HB...? what does it say?

The stamp below the dates are more likely to be the units marks.....1 is for the first, E for cavalry squadren rest not sure as I can't make it out ....

The I underneath indicates that it is the best set or in storage with the unit.
