    Gents,

After waiting a little bit of time for it to clear customs in Germany as well as here in the States, this piece has finally arrived. This will be my first vaulted EK that I have ever owned. (I know after collecting for many years you are all asking yourselves, "why so long?" In response, I guess I just never made the proverbial jump on obtaining one. Well, I'm happy I have and please feel free to comment.

    Cheers!

This one has a bit of character. None the less, to me, that tells a better story.

    Joel,
You've got yourself a nice cross there.
Nicely vaulted, well worn with a nice dark patina forming on it.
I can not tell you for sure who the manufacture is but it has some very Godet-ish
characteristics. Especially the catch and the hinge. as does the frame.
The inner corners are to worn to compare 100% but that look like they may have
matched my 1914 fangs cross at one time.

    Gentlemen,
I thank you for your kind words. It shows a little more wear but definitely has the "been there" look that I like. I can certainly attest that this will not be my last.

    Thank you again!
