well I also had a question about another item and since its close to this one ill just combine the two

It's a 1914. The style of the crown and oakleaves give this one away.

Hope the back of that cross was not intentionally destroyed to create a fake 1813 cross. Never seen a 1813 cross but the oak leaves I personally think are much more attractive and defined looking
