Nothing bad with this prussian 1895 buckle, it is just a private purchase item intended to be worn with the walking out uniform
the buckle was attached permanently to the lacquered leather belt by mean of the two prongs and the sliding "rollerverschluss" system was used to adjust the whole belt to the size of the wearer
these "extra" belts and buckles were used in conjonction with the "extra" bayonets for walking out purposes with the prewar dark blue uniform
