Any thougts on thise helmet, it has is cover.
Cover looks brand new and bears a mark, sadly that picture is bad.
Pictures where took with cell phone, so excuse the quality....

Recovering, slowly....Kris...it appears to a fine "Vulcan fibre" Officers Kugelhelm...with correct Officer original cover ! a nice set ! That would be around 800 + Euro helmet.

Kris..a good deal, when you have it, look inside, I am sure somewhere it will state the maker "DEPAG" who was prolific maker of these vulcan fibre helms....

Here it is, straight from a house clearence. Never been in to collectors hands before.
Strange; the newspaper I found in it is Dutch, dated 1916. But Holland wasn't participating at the war.
Other coincidence is; the paper having a articel about spionage. The same guy who I bought the helmet from cleared a house in the same neighbourhood finding thise British War Medal named to a Flemish agent , that I also have in my collection...

Now here is a sad part!
I am examening my previous pictures to see it the cracks on the right side were there when I first saw it. As they were taken with my phone it is difficult to tell.
I suspect the helmet have been "dammaged" between the first time I saw it and when I collected it , it was wringed between two shelfs of a cupboard that didn't had enough space to put it....
