    Yes it is East Prussian and it is a plaque that people who were insured by the Silesia Provincial Fire Society attached to their house or property. According to the plaque the Silesia Provincial Fire Society was established in 1742. It is a very nice looking plaque. Dwight

    I have to say that I've never seen another like it! I definitely like it! No clue on the value, but despite it's obvious scarcity, I would'nt imagine that it would be of huge value. It would be of extremely limited collecting appeal to most.
