Question? Bavarian 15th Light Foot Arty Uniform
Article about: I acquired this group several years ago. I believe it belonged to a Captain in the Bavarian 15th Light Foot Artillery. The tunic is a M-1910, modified in 1915. Black trim on collar and cuffs

Re: Question? Bavarian 15th Light Foot Arty Uniform
Hi hawk3370,
vary nice tunic but the awards doesn't belong to the guy who wear the uniform.
As an officer he would had the Bavarian Merit Order 4th class not the cross. The cross 2nd class with X are only for NCO. Your Hauptmann would have the Bavarian Merit Order 4th class with X and crown.
The same for the saxon Albrechts Order. Here he would have the 1st class with X not the second class.
