Hello all,
Can anyone tell me what this cross is exactly or have an idea of the country of origin?

New one on me, though it looks unofficial - like a watch fob.........
Regards,
Steve.
I agree with Steve-with it being silver and the suspension ring, it looks like a fob to me as well. I've seen alot of turn of the century Italian clubs in the US who used this red cross symbol as their own -perhaps it's one of their pieces.

Is there anything on the back, maybe it is knights of columbus
That is a possibility.........

Steve.
Hello again,
The photo I originally posted was prior to having the medal in hand, which I do now. It is dated on the reverse (in English) 92' and I would imagine that of 1892 vs. 1992
