Ribbon marked on the inside.
I disassembled my medals, since Im trying to find a way of distinguishing copies, from genuine. My recent purchase that arrived today, has a marking inside, only this one, and I need your help to help me figure whats there, and whats the purpose of it.
Thats the 1st question. The 2nd is, how would you know a ribbon is genuine, or not? I added 2 photos from the internet. They look exactly the same, as the ribbon that came with my medal. Of course I could ask, "is it legit", but I cant always rely on others, as there are we know, people, that sell what appears to be something else.
/Edit.
I did ask, and that black and yellow, and others from offers, are modern made.

Hi,
1. It looks as "SCHUTZ" (protection), probably an official protections-mark. Over may be the heraldic eagle?
2. Check in UV-Light, white and yellow shines, if the ribbon is modern (but UV-negative modern replacements exists, too)
