    I was hoping that someone with more knowledge about this would answer, but here is my guess.
    I believe this is for a 1st LT, 5th Bavarian infantry. If that is a reserve officer or Landwehr or what ever not sure.
    The single pip should be a 1st LT, the silver and blue should mean Bavaria, white edge piping infantry (late war).
