A high spec Imperial era Navy sword would have an Ivory grip, is it Ivory?

Ivory and bone are not really the same. It should be Ivory, perhaps that's what he meant. It's a little surprising the blade is not maker marked as this is a highly decorated type, and as such was a more expensive sword. It looks to me in the style of W.K & C and detail is convincing, but there are some quality fakes out there.
