Thoughts on this German m16 helmet

Guys I got this pretty cheap on flea bay, seller listed it wrong with a buy it now for $125 free shipping and he honored the bid but I been told it has a legit liner and some tell me repo so I need your honest opinion on this, the dome is stamp k54 but here's the sellers pic and maybe you can tell from these pictures

I do not know if the liner is good or not but the sshell
alone is probably worth the price.

Hey Steve if you look closely the liner isn't in the best of shape the seller even mention that in the discription

Yup sure did and was 50/50 on liner so I posted it here to get another opinion, I should have it in hand Friday and will post better pics of it and close ups of the liner
