Question Two new EK2 1914 crosses. Opinions?

    Hi everybody!

First, sorry for my poor English, it's not my native language..
    (Please me gentle)

I collect porcelain from the Ww2 era but ww1 is not my field so I don't have a clue about these nice crosses.

    Cross 1 (LW? mark)

    Cross 2 (KO mark)

I hope the pictures are good enough for everybody.
    Any info would be apreciated!!!

    Best regards,

Welcome to the Forum! Both Crosses are indeed originals, although the ribbons shouldn't be stapled to the suspension-ring...
well done and thanks for showing!
    cheers, Glenn

Two nice crosses indeed. Especially the first one (LW) is one of the finest I have seen: I like the contrast between the silver beading and the darker patina on the frame and the slightly worn core.

As for the makers, I believe LW stands for the company Louis Werner, Berlin and KO then should represent Klein & Quenzer from Oberstein.
