"German Soldier Association" this is a patriotic pin from WW1, probably a fundraising item.

    It's an Imperial-era membership badge for a veteran's association.

The top part of the badge with the Imperial crown and the crossed swords on a bow in the national colors is the standard badge for the umbrella organization Deutscher Kriegerbund [German Veteran's League] as introduced in 1889.

Suspended from this is the individual badge for the local association, in this case the "Militair Ver. [= Verein] Kaiser Friedr. [= Friedrich] [= Military Association 'Emperor Frederick'] from Stassfurt in Saxony-Anhalt.

    I cannot comment on value.
