The last one of these I saw was not all that long ago,and I Think they were asking something in the nature of 35 Euros for it. These are generally assumed to be, like Greg said, a veterans organization or club membership cross. (Verein means organization or club) They're interesting, though! William

Any idea why a person would get this?
