    It seems we have discovered a previously unknown Pickelhaube maker! Someone with an intimate knowledge of German surnames has hit on it. There is an umlaut over the second letter, and the third, compaired with the 7th letter, is an 'h', so the only possible name is ROHRICHT! So there we have it: Gustav Rohricht. One for the books.
