WW1 EK1 cased, need opinions

Hey Gents,
My area of collecting is not ww1 Imperial but the ww1 EK1's (and 2's, for that matter) are very attractive, and I've been offered this one. It is an unmarked and cased EK1 with repaired catch. It's coming from someone who I trust 100%, all I need to know is what a fair price I should pay for it is (or what you would pay for it) and if the case is ww1 or ww2 EK1? Pretty sure it's ww1 BUT I'm no expert in this category. The experts know best!

The case is a nice early ww1. The cross is in good condition besides the catch. I would pay 160 euro for this one.
