Hi Guys
EK arrived this morning ! It weighs 16 gramms, the arms (at their 'widest' horizontal/vertical point) measure :
Top: 22mm
Right: 21.6mm
Bottom: 22mm
Left: 21.9mm
The core, which is magnetic, appears to have been 'repainted' at some point, as you can see paint on the inner frame. Where it's been vaulted, the inner frame has 'bent out' slightly on a couple of inner corners & if you look closely enough the 'vaulting' is not even, ( I would have been afraid to bend it for fear of breaking this hard earnt award !).

Hand vaulted and repainted. That tells me that the recipient was proud
enough of his awarded cross that he chose to wear it instead of buying
one of the more stylish private purchase crosses.
