What is stamped on the ribbon ring? This will help a little, although it could still be a copy.

Looks like a "KO" stamped cross. Hard to tell for sure from the pictures but from
what I can see----it looks OK.

It's an original cross so no worries there. I think it was a bit over priced. I average around €40 if I purchase an Imperial EK2.
What matters is if you're happy with it.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
