    Hi,

    I have this German sword from WW1 (I believe). I have seen identical looking swords that claim to be officer's swords. I am trying to identify the maker mark, but it is difficult with the guard in the way. Any ideas?

    It appears to be an Eickhorn-produced Bavarian blade....
