Article about: I picked up this interesting WW1 German tunic yesterday at the Liverpool arms fair. It is fair to say that it is probably the only way I could ever afford a WW1 tunic, because this one is a

    Cheaper than an original and would (in my opinion) make a great base for a 'Stormtrooper' display.

    I like it a lot.

    Hi John, glad you like it. I have a new 'toy' arriving tomorrow. A Gew 88 without the charger modification and fitted with a carbine turn down bolt. It has Austrian re-issue stamps for WW1 and battle damage to the butt. It is fairly rusty, but still an interesting item!
