WW1 German U-boat flag

Article about: Talking to a dealer here in Australia, and i have reserved this. I went to the shop and looked it over and the flag is nice, good stamps and no holes. the Big ticket for me was the U-92 stam

    Personally, I've never seen an Imperial flag like this. I have a friend with
    a flag exactly like the one above - he's had it for years and tries
    to convince me it's 'good' - Lol !

    What was the asking price of the one above.........?

    would the sizing differ from ww1 to ww2, is there any chance of that.

    They are rather expensive almost more so then the ww2 navy flags

    They are the ones form the 70s i recognized but thankyou for the help today Walkwolf u saved me a lot of trouble. now should i tell the dealer?

    The U-Boat marking for the U-29 should have been a red flag as well. The U-29 was rammed and sunk early on in the war on 18 Mar 1915. Lost with all hands.
