Ww1 rare original german imperial 1870 1st class iron cross boxed

Was asked to give my opinion on this 1870 iron cross, have some serious doubt (one think the case is of ww2) but I am not expert enough hope to get some expert opnions, item was purchased on ebay

Hi, although I am not really an expert the cross rises my suspicion too. I really don't feel comfortable about the style of the date and some other details as well.

Maybe I am wrong but does the crown resemble to anyone else one of the types used by "KO" on 1914 Iron Crosses?
(a 1914->1870 Frankenstein, perhaps?)
