WW1 Schirmutze?

Can anyone provide any information on this Schirmutze I picked up? Some have suggedted it is from Jagers or mounted Jagers, but wanted everyones opinion.

Hi

what colour is the cap ? The material looks green on my monitor............it may be a civilian cap or administrators, possibly a police cap but I don't think it is mounted jagers though as the yellow looks too dark and the cap colour is wrong.
