WWI Austro-Hungarian pouch?

I bought this years ago at pheasant run military history fest and wanted to know a bit more about it. I'm not even sure if it's actually military so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it is a Czech m26 ammo pouch. I found this website selling them: Used Czech Military Surplus M26 Mag Bag, Khaki - 175384, Mag Pouches at Sportsman's Guide

I can't find any other pictures of them, I just recognized it as Czech by the leatherwork. This is the picture from the link provided.
