No liner, saddly....
This is how mine looks like from the inside.
There must be a pic on the net of the liner, but I can't find it for the moment...
Mine is also missing the liner, but does have the chin strap. It is the same as the UK/US type. I do have to dig it out and post photos, sorry I just haven't had the time.

These helmets had standard Brodie's Patent liners.
