This is the later CEM SBR variant type with 3rd pattern exhale guard, nice piece of kit,do you own it?............
No, it is for sale and it is at a good price, but when you collect historical relics anything at a good price could mean your getting a not so good relic.
Have the exact same one. Paid <$50 for it.

My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

To be honest its difficult at best to tell,as im no expert, but the first model of the CEM had celluloid lens not glass and the exhale bracket was very wide, the price i shouldn't think would if any be the same as most sellers wouldn't have that in depth of model knowledge, either way its a nice original Doughboy example, there would also have been a size stamped in the middle of the mask, numbered 1-5,best of luck with the buy........
Should I be worried that there is no number or is that just the difference between the gas-masks.
I'm going to buy it when I get the chance. (and if its fake I have a new reenactment piece).
