French WW1 Shell Markings

Hi everybody

I found this french shell there was a few days
It was rusty so i put it in an oxalique bath
Then a red line and white markings appeared with the number 5

What does it mean ? I didn't found any information on it..

Yes it's a 75mm shell
If i'l right it's an explosive model 1900
